Pengaruh Kinerja Guru Terhadap Mutu Pendidikan SMP Swasta di Kecamatan Rajeg

Abstract
In order to realize a good or quality educational direction, schools have an obligation to improve the quality of education. The quality of education will realize how educational services are in a school. In order to achieve the expected quality, schools need the support of adequate resources. Schools need to prepare teachers who are competent and have good performance. This research will see how the influence of teacher performance on the quality of education. This research will use quantitative research methods. In this research, after the research is done it will be analyzed descriptively. Descriptive research is research that aims to describe a phenomenon and its characteristics. In this study, data will be analyzed using SPSS 25 through several tests, namely the normality test, heteroscedasticity test, and t test. The results of this study are that there is a positive influence on teacher performance on the quality of education in private junior high schools in Rajeg District. This is proven in the hypothesis test which states that teacher performance has a significant effect on the quality of education in private junior high schools in Rajeg District. Test criteria: tcount value = 4,683 > sig value = 0,000. In addition, it is also known that the influence of the coefficient is 86.2% which states that the teacher performance variable has an effect of 86.2% on the quality of education in private junior high schools in Rajeg District
